DESCRIPTION OF THE RECONDITIONING:
Machine bed:
- linear measurement Heidenhain - original
Column base - the original base of the W200HA column remains:
- zero-play column feed drive via double pinion drive
- new hydrostatic distribution
- new assignment of the column base
- hydraulically operated clamping unit for clamping of the column
Machine column (version W 200 HA) - conversion at SKODA:
- extension of the column at Y = 5500 mm
- ballscrew for headstock feed, protected by bellow below and above the
headstock
- adaptation of the column for new headstock Typ HCW 3
- new console for the counterweight
- new cover of the upper column part
New Spindelstock HCW 3 - box-shaped cast:
- extendable girder - hydrostacally guided, cross section 520x520 mm,
with automatical passage compensation during extension
- non-extendable milling spindle and extendable working spindle
- spindle bearing in special angular ball bearings with oil lubrication
- circulating ball screw spindles for spindle- and girder extension
- three-stage gear box for main drive with gears in constant engagement,
